These Terms & Conditions govern your use of coastalsurfaceexperts.com and the pressure washing services provided by Tidy Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or requesting service you agree to these terms.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after an on-site walkthrough. All quotes are honored for 30 days.

10% off promotion

The 10% off offer applies to new residential customers on their first service. It cannot be combined with other offers. Tidy Detailing reserves the right to modify or end the promotion at any time.

Scheduling & cancellations

We'll confirm your appointment window in advance. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Severe weather may cause us to reschedule for safety.

Service guarantee

If you aren't satisfied with the finished result, tell us before we leave the property and we'll re-clean the area at no charge. Pre-existing damage, staining that cannot be removed by pressure washing, and issues outside our control are not covered.

Property access & responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to the areas being cleaned, disclose any known damage, and move personal items from the work area. We are licensed and insured in the State of Oregon.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Communications consent

By checking the consent box on our quote form you agree to receive calls, texts and emails from Tidy Detailing about your quote and occasional offers. You can opt out at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Portland metro, Oregon.
